Caroline B. Poythress, CSP
Mrs. Poythress joined The Action Group -HR on January 1, 1988, and currently serves as Senior Vice President. She is a lifetime resident of Wilson, N.C. and was educated at Stratford College in Danville, Virginia and Atlantic Christian College in Wilson, N.C. Her primary focus is sales and public relations. Mrs. Poythress is a Certified Staffing Professional by the American Staffing Association. She is also a current member of the Wilson Human Resources Association, the Wilson Chamber of Commerce and board member of Wilson County Job Link.
Charidy Corbett, CSP
Charidy Corbett joined The Action Group - HR in 1989, and currently serves as Vice President and General Manager. Charidy also serves as Director of Client Relations for The Action Group - HR and is typically the first point of contact for prospective clients, and the primary contact for existing clients. With over 20 years of experience in staffing and human resources industry, she has a broad knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment law and workers compensation compliance. Charidy is certified by the American Staffing Association as a Certified Staffing Professional. She is also a member of the Wilson Human Resources Association and the Wilson Chamber of Commerce.
Hunter Hawley
Hunter Hawley joined the Action Group HR in March 2007, and currently serves as Staffing Manager in our Wilson Branch. Hunter graduated from Appalachian State University and is a member of the Wilson Human Resources Association and Wilson Chamber of Commerce.
